EducaZAP: A bet on the Microlearning and Lifelong Learning of the future

Exponentialis Projetos de Aprendizagem e Educação Transformadora, aware of the major changes that impact Education in Brazil and the world, and the need to move towards training models that combine multiple concepts such as accessibility, availability and flexibility, decided to invest in the search and in offering an interactive training platform in different areas - with a lot of free content and obtained through the collection of collections offered by "knowledge centers", teaching institutions recognized for their structured and quality information.

 

Our search brought together the macro vision of methodological approaches that bring together the proposal of Microlearning and its experimentation with knowledge, elaborated with a sequential path of dynamic learning, and resulting in short-term material, which awakens the attention and the desire to know more the subjects explored, with the criteria that must reference Lifelong Learning, a learning in which continuity is intended, the deeper dive into knowledge, as an individual or collective bet, of continued and directed education.

 

We are aware of the great difficulty, even in this 21st century, of making "Educare" a common bet for the improvement of society. But we noticed the great (and clear) advances of the countries that made Education a priority for their models of growth and development.

 

With the advent of the internet, ICTs, new structuring references for knowledge, knowledge, learning, new technologies developed to support a bet on new educational constructions and reconstructions, and investment in Education - in spite of the facilities and possibilities within reach of contemporary society, the existing GAP between Public Education and Private Education has not diminished: On the contrary, it has deepened.

 

Private educational institutions make use of all the resources and modernity available to make their classes attractive, while the public ones need to be content with resources allocated to them by governments and their administrations and which are truly - and as a consequence of errant and discontinued managements, insufficient to raise the levels we need to reach to, then, enjoy the set of opportunities that only nations with a developed education can provide people.

 

Therefore, one of Exponentialis' bets will be the capillarity that alternative ways of making knowledge available to both those who can and those who do not have more objective conditions to promote the advancement of their capacities - often exceptional, so that both groups can face, without many other distortions, the challenges imposed by the modernity of Education, which flows from training to the new world of work, and impacts the benchmarks of their employability.

 

Decreasing, reducing, mitigating the existing "Gap" thus becomes fundamental.

 

We have a long road ahead.

We are absolutely aware that we face a difficult task.

 

But the idea that we are not alone materializes both in the fact that we have already managed to gather a broad portfolio of "0800" contents and promote, make access to them available through EDUCAZAP, and in the fact that we observe multiple forces, institutional and professionals, who signed up and elected the

Education as a priority in their mission, their visions and in their lives.
